**We do not ship internationally at this time**Although we do our best to ship your order in accordance with the customs regulations of your country we cannot guarantee the delivery of the product sent outside the USA. Each country has its own customs policies, regulations and requirement, which may cause the shipment to be delayed or even confiscated by the customs authority of your country. By ordering our products to any country outside the USA you agree to take the sole responsibility to pay any customs and local taxes required by your country. Items confiscated by the customs authorities are not eligible for refund.

USA Domestic Returns

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of your purchase, unused and in the original packaging, and we will refund your purchase, minus shipping, or exchange it if you prefer. No questions asked!
**We do not ship internationally at this time**
Due to the high cost of international shipping, our "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" policy is not applicable for international orders. At this time we are only able to accept the return of unused items in their original and undamaged packaging. Shipping and return shipping are not refundable.
Partially used Gift Cards are non-refundable. Our gift cards are valid indefinitely. You may use it at your convenience.
In some situations, Fragrance Gems may determine at its own discretion, that a specific order(s) or item(s) may not be eligible for refund or eligible for a partial refund.
How to return an item
To initiate your return, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with your proof of purchase and we will send you further instructions on how to proceed.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5 business days.
If you are expecting a refund (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt of product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you instructions on how to proceed.
If you received our product as a gift and the order was shipped directly to you, we will issue a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If you received our product as a gift and the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, you may should ask them to send us the receipt and a request to issue the gift certificate in your name. If this is not possible we will be required to refund the buyer using the original method of payment used to purchase the item.
